yes random nonsense your guild pwns hoh for USA :P . but bloodspike is ick! ;-) But the zaishen guys are cool. Not downing the guild just downing bloodspike. Dunno why but I just hate builds everyone runs but its cause of successful guilds like [Rnub] that make all the little noobies play it :P

Thanx so does yours . We have been running a lot of different stuff in tombs. It's embarassing when we lose on observer, but what can ya do. Just get up, make a fix and go again. We are trying to find something original and be done with the blood spike. Might take us a while but you'll see us hold again probably the release of factions. We have a new build but can't play it yet and am really excited to run it. Gl to mTv. <3 that guild.

No-one else but me and Vindexus remember LuLu holding halls?
For a few weeks after release, you couldn't go five minutes without seeing his name pop up.

LuLu The Monk, Idiot Savants back in the day. I remember when LuLu was doing MM and everyone went crazy. Then like FoC spike.

A lot of it comes down to when you started or actually started to take notice of what went on in tombs. LuLu the monk is a famous name but I've never seen the name come up or seen him play for that matter and there's probably other people who'd say the same.
When I started to take note on tombs, it was power of my rangers winning over and over again. Sometimes keeping favor for europe for hours on end.
Luckily, I don't think there's anyone around thesedays who holds during peak time for those lengths. Even that ghastly blood spike can be taken off the altar.

I still have the FoC spike movie... its a good one.
As for individual players... anyone want to take the time to run off all of the players you see often in HA winning?
Anyone remember right at release, Blood Eagle was pwnage in Tombs. Yes I know LuLu = Blood Eagle... just sayin'...

House Redfalls, Starlight Extinction, Rifts or NES haven't been mentioned yet (all save Rifts long dead); although I don't know how good they actually were because I wasn't tombing at the time. Oh, as for players...Greentree Python.
Anyone who plays tombs/HA for a fair while gets noticed, though.

Yeah so do I. It was pretty funny when you could see the myspace link in it and people where going on and on. Lulu is a girl, no Lulu is a guy, etc. The music in the video is pretty cool, given that it was before Micheal Jackson got creepy.
"Oh Noes!!!11

Whatever Shall We Do?????"

And to answer Vindexeus I vaguely remember iQ in halls, but Ensign, I believe, said that they made a lot of gold off the early game sigil market. Lulu the monk, Lulu the ele I remember that name poping up frequently too.

That's true. If you start your own PUGs and play a lot, you'll become we known even if it's not for actually being a great player. Even Iwayers like Tomb Cruise or Yunas Ele are fairly recognisable.

From a European point of view, I usually only pay attention to our own teams winning (since it affects my ability to get into UW/FoW).
The name that has stood out most to me in recent weeks has been Power Luvs Debbie.
A weird team name but I have noticed that once they win a game, favour for Europe is rarely far behind. I really want to meet those guys sometime just so I can say thankyou.

That is power, and for the record he has rank 12. His girlfriend Debbie (or Debbie Luvs Power) has rank 9. Power has the pheonix, and Debbie the tiger.
He didnt Ebay his account, cuz that wasnt him, it was debbie.

Get your facts straight please. Monkey was (and still is, more or less) on a break, but has been online lately in the last couple of days.
We just haven't been tombing much. I can assure you we are still active and will be even more so in Chapter 2.

We actually have 2 "leaders", and no, God Milk does not call strats at all. He doesn't even play with the guild teams that much, as icemonkey said.

Hey Kirsty, god it's been awhile since I've posted here. As for famous names and people the very first name I saw (and paid attention to) with regularity was Marvel Superheroes. pRp, Prav, Easter Eggs, The Dopplegangers (sp?), and soo many others. A little after the time of the above mentioned groups came Nyog who ended up making me flunk many a quiz in college because I was awake and holding halls with them during "retarded time" which was roughly between 11pm-3am. People who play tombs with regularity are in the spotlight because of the high publicity nature of winning. However, with observer mode now the great GvG'ers are becoming just as well known.
